Ecodrive faced a significant challenge in their operations, having a need for a more streamlined and efficient process for processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and managing invoices. Their existing setup was manual and labor-intensive, a system that didn't match with the modern, digital-focused business landscape. Ecodrive needed an automated solution that would directly integrate with their existing Shopify platform, improving their workflow and, in turn, the customer experience.
To address Ecodrive's challenge, Mattered stepped in with a tech-forward approach. We developed a custom dashboard that directly interfaced with Shopify's API, turning the formerly manual procedures into automated processes. The new platform not only simplifies the purchasing process for customers but also streamlines tracking and invoicing tasks for Ecodrive's team. Moreover, we crafted a repository of resources, enriching the platform to provide a unique and engaging customer experience. By automating and simplifying the operations, we've enhanced Ecodrive's capacity to focus on their core business goals and customer satisfaction.

Ecodrive is a climatech company based out of California that has planted over 500,000 trees in an effort to reduce the ever increasing level of CO2 in the earth's atmosphere. These 500,000 trees will remove over 340,000,000 LBS of CO2 over their lifetime! Ecodrive plants mangroves on a dedicated and protected plot of land in Madagascar. Outside of reducing carbon emissions, Ecodrive is also aiding in the alleviation of poverty by creating jobs for local villagers.
