This strategic alliance is designed to enhance ASRV's email automation, ensuring each message not only reaches its intended audience effectively, but also resonates with the brand's unique style and ethos for an authentic and seamless customer experience.

Mattered's Move

Mattered initiated the project with a deep-dive into ASRV's brand identity, voice, and customer base to understand the nuances that make the brand unique. They implemented a long-term strategy, focusing not just on immediate improvements but also establishing a flexible, scalable framework for ASRV's email and SMS communications. This robust approach is designed to continually adapt and evolve with ASRV's brand and audience for sustainable, future-proof engagement.

We tested send delays, subject lines, send times... content, creative, & more.

We sent the same content & subject line, but used a different segmentation + sending strategy.

This yielded ~20% fewer recipients, yet generated ~24% more revenue
